It's the main switching element for motor loads up to the AC-3 rating in a control panel, and it carries an integrated auxiliary switch for feedback or interlock circuits.

Wiring and integration notes
The auxiliary contact terminals take two conductors per clamp, 0.5 to 1.5 mm² or 0.75 to 2.5 mm², which is typical for daisy-chaining feedback to multiple PLC inputs. That 6 mm side gap is the tightest — adjacent contactors or other devices need that much air or an insulating barrier. The magnet coil uses screw-type terminals, so no special crimp tool is needed for the coil wiring. Arcing time is listed as 10 ms, which is short enough that arc flash coordination with upstream breakers is straightforward.
