The Siemens SIRIUS 3RT2025-2AL20-ZX95 is a size S0 power contactor with a 24 V DC coil and spring-type terminals on the main and auxiliary contacts. It carries an auxiliary switch block, so you get a spare N.O./N.C. set without adding a separate side-mount. The 45 mm wide body snaps onto a 35 mm DIN rail per EN 60715, or you can screw-mount it; the panel cutout and wiring channel need to clear the 97 mm depth behind the rail.
The auxiliary contact block is rated 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V, and 0.3 A at 220 V — that covers most PLC output and relay interface loads. The main contacts accept solid or stranded wire from 1 to 10 mm², and the spring terminals hold two conductors up to 2.5 mm² each, so daisy-chaining control wiring is straightforward. Mechanical life is typical 10 million operations; the coil holds in at 24 V nominal and the contactor is rated for 1000 cycles per hour in AC-1, AC-2, AC-3, and AC-3e duty, dropping to 300 per hour in AC-4 for heavy jogging or plugging.
The contactor can be mounted in any orientation within ±180° on a vertical surface, and tilted forward or backward by ±22.5°. Keep 10 mm clearance above and below, 10 mm forward, and 6 mm to the side for arc dissipation and cooling. Ambient operating range is -25 to +60 °C; storage range is -55 to +80 °C.
