Its dimensions — 102 mm height, 45 mm width, 144 mm depth — fit standard enclosure layouts for motor control centers.
The coil and main contacts use spring-type terminals. For auxiliary circuits, the terminal accepts 2x (0.5... 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded. Clearance spacing: 10 mm upwards, downwards, and forwards; 6 mm at the side. These clearances matter when laying out multiple contactors side-by-side on the rail — the 6 mm side gap is the tightest constraint.
Duty ratings and switching life
Rated for AC-1, AC-2, AC-3, and AC-3e at 1,000 operating cycles per hour maximum; AC-4 duty is limited to 300 cycles/hour. The main contacts are rated for utilization category AC-3 at 480 V, 14 A. The mechanical service life of the contactor is typically 10 million operations. For DC switching at 24 V, the rated value is 6 A; at 48 V and 60 V it drops to 2 A; at 110 V it is 1 A; at 125 V it is 0.9 A; at 220 V it is 0.3 A; at 400 V it is 3 A; at 440 V it is 0.6 A. The contactor has no built-in auxiliary switch.
