S0 frame contactor with spring-type coil terminals
The 3RT2025-2AV04: The coil connection uses spring-type terminals — no screwdriver needed for the control wiring, which speeds up panel assembly and reduces vibration loosening over time.
Switching capacity across voltage classes
For 110 V the rating is 1 A, at 125 V it is 0.9 A, and at 220 V it drops to 0.3 A. At 400 V rated value the current is 3 A, at 440 V it is 0.6 A, and at 480 V it reaches 14 A. The 230 V rating is expressed as 3 hp, typical for motor load listing in North American conventions. AC-4 duty — the most severe, with inching and plugging — is limited to 300 operations per hour. The arcing time is 10 ms at 50 Hz.
Clearance and temperature envelope
These matter when packing multiple contactors in a row on the DIN rail — the 45 mm width per unit plus the 6 mm side gap means each position effectively needs 51 mm of rail space. The contactor has no built-in auxiliary switch — if you need feedback or status signaling, you add a separate auxiliary contact block that snaps onto the front or side.
