Integrator's note on the 3RT2025-2NB30
The 21-28 V DC coil pulls an inrush peak of 3 A, so budget your 24 VDC supply for that transient — the holding current settles lower. Auxiliary contacts are included, rated at 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48/60 V, and 1 A at 110 V (-), which covers most PLC-level signal switching without an extra relay block.
The contactor body measures 102 mm high × 45 mm wide × 107 mm deep. Spring-type terminals on the coil accept solid or stranded wire from 1 to 10 mm²; auxiliary terminals take 2x 0.5-2.5 mm².
Duty cycle and switching frequency
Rated for 1000 operating cycles per hour under AC-1, AC-2, AC-3, and AC-3e duty (-,). For AC-4 (plugging/reversing/inching), the maximum drops to 300 ops/h — typical for high-wear applications.
