SIRIUS S0 Power Contactor — 3RT2025-2NF30
It carries a 95-130 V AC coil and spring-type terminals on the coil side, with main contact ratings of 18-8 A (AC-3 / AC-1 duty). The contactor snaps onto 35 mm DIN rail per EN 60715 and measures 102 mm high by 45 mm wide by 107 mm deep — a compact footprint for the S0 class.
The 18-8 A main contact rating covers small-to-medium motor loads: 18 A in AC-3 duty (starting/running motors) and 8 A in AC-1 (resistive). The 95-130 V AC coil range means it pulls in reliably on a standard 110-120 V control transformer; the 15 A inrush peak is typical for this frame size and your control transformer must handle that surge. Switching frequency is rated at 1 000 cycles/hour for AC-1 through AC-3 duty, dropping to 300 cycles/hour for AC-4 (plugging/inching). That matters if this contactor sees frequent jogging or reversing — stay under the AC-4 limit or the arc chute wears early. The 10-10 ms arcing time is short enough for most coordination studies.
Wire range accepts 1-10 mm² solid or stranded on the main terminals; auxiliary terminals take 2x 0.5-2.5 mm² solid or stranded.
The contactor is rated for use in standard industrial enclosures; no IP rating is listed on the spec sheet, so it relies on the panel enclosure for environmental protection.
