Switching Duty & Mechanical Endurance
The 3RT2026-1AL20-ZW97: The contactor is rated for 750 cycles per hour in AC-3 and AC-3e duty, and 1,000 cycles per hour in AC-1 (resistive) duty. AC-4 (plugging/reversing) is limited to 250 cycles per hour. Mechanical life is rated at 10,000,000 operating cycles. These ratings define the thermal load on the contactor in repetitive switching applications — the AC-4 figure is the one to watch for reversing or jogging duty.
Auxiliary Contact Ratings
The built-in auxiliary switch is rated at 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V and 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, 3 A at 400 V, and 0.6 A at 440 V. These are the make/break capacities for the auxiliary circuit — useful for control logic interlocking or status feedback to a PLC input.
Mounting & Clearance
Mounting position allows +/-180° rotation on a vertical surface, and can be tilted forward/backward by +/-22.5°. Required clearances: 10 mm upwards, 10 mm downwards, 10 mm forwards, and 6 mm at the side. These are the minimum air gaps for heat dissipation and arc containment — panel layout must respect them.
