For motor loads under AC-3 duty, this contactor is rated for up to 750 operating cycles per hour — the same limit applies under AC-2 and AC-3e. Under AC-4 (plugging/reversing) the maximum drops to 250 cycles/h, reflecting the heavier arc stress during inrush reversal. The AC-1 resistive load rating allows 1,000 cycles/h. DC switching capability is specified per voltage: 6 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V and 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, and 3 A at 400 V. These are the DC-1 or DC-3 style ratings — the contact gap and arc-chamber design in the S0 frame determine the interrupting ability, not just the coil voltage.
The mechanical life is typically 10 million operations — that's the contactor body itself, not the contacts under load. Arcing time is specified at 10 ms, and the arc-quenching clearance at the side is 6 mm, upwards and forwards 10 mm, downwards 10 mm. Wire sizes accepted: solid or stranded 1 to 10 mm², plus dual-wire terminations of 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) or 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²).
