SIRIUS S0 power contactor with spring terminals
The 45 mm wide body snaps onto a 35 mm DIN rail per EN 60715 and accepts solid or stranded conductors from 1 to 10 mm² on the main contacts, with the auxiliary switch wired through a separate 2x (0.5 to 2.5 mm²) spring clamp.
Duty-cycle and switching frequency
At AC-1 (resistive loads) it can switch up to 1,000 operations per hour; at AC-3 (squirrel-cage motors) the limit drops to 750 per hour. For the harsher AC-4 duty — plugging or inching of motors — the rate falls to 250 per hour. The auxiliary contact block carries 10 A at 24 V, tapering to 0.6 A at 440 V, so confirm the pilot circuit voltage against the switching curve for your specific signal load.
Clearance requirements: 10 mm above and below, 6 mm at the sides. The spring terminals on the coil accept ferruled stranded wire without retightening — a time-saver during commissioning.
