The 3RT2026-2CK64-3MA0 is a Siemens SIRIUS power contactor in the size S0 frame, 45 mm wide, designed for screw and snap-on mounting onto 35 mm standard mounting rail per DIN EN 60715. The mounting position allows ±180° rotation on a vertical surface and ±22.5° tilt forward/backward, giving panel builders flexibility in tight enclosures. For thermal derating, maintain the specified clearances: 10 mm upwards, 10 mm downwards, 10 mm forwards, and 6 mm at the side. The main contacts accept solid or stranded conductors from 1 to 10 mm², and the spring-type coil terminals accept dual conductors 2x (0.5 to 2.5 mm²). No auxiliary switch is fitted on this variant, so any auxiliary contact block must be ordered separately and added to the front or side of the contactor.
Duty Cycle and Switching Ratings
This contactor is rated for motor switching up to 3 hp at 230 V (per). For resistive loads (AC-1), the maximum switching rate is 1,000 operations per hour; for motor loads under AC-3 or AC-3e duty, the maximum is 750 ops/h. For the most demanding AC-4 duty (plugging, inching), the rate drops to 250 ops/h. The typical mechanical life is 10,000,000 operations, so the contactor is designed for high-cycle applications when operated within these limits. Switching current ratings are specified per voltage: 6 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V, 2 A at 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, 3 A at 400 V, and 0.6 A at 440 V. The arcing time at AC is 4 to 16 ms. Coil holding power is 0.25 VA at 50 Hz and 0.28 VA at 60 Hz.
