At 45 mm wide, 102 mm tall, and 144 mm deep, this S0 contactor fits standard panel layouts and leaves room for adjacent devices on the DIN rail.
Switching frequency and duty ratings
The contactor is rated for 1,000 switching cycles per hour in AC-1 resistive load duty, 750 cycles/h in AC-2 and AC-3 motor duty, and 250 cycles/h in the demanding AC-4 plugging/reversing duty. These numbers define the thermal limit of the contactor under load — exceeding them shortens mechanical life or risks contact welding.
Wiring and conductor sizing
Main power terminals accept solid or stranded conductors from 1 to 10 mm², and the auxiliary/coil terminals accept 2x (0.5 to 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded wire. The spring-type coil terminals eliminate the need for screwdriver torque checks during panel build. These minimum air gaps must be maintained for proper heat dissipation and arc quenching.
