The Siemens 3RT2027-1AB00-1AA0 is a SIRIUS power contactor rated AC-3e/AC-3 at 32 A, switching 15 kW on a 400 V three-phase line. That AC-3e rating means it's designed for starting and stopping squirrel-cage motors under full load — the contactor's arc chambers and contact material are sized for the inrush and break of motor currents, not just resistive loads. The 24 V AC 50 Hz coil keeps control transformer sizing straightforward in a standard panel. Auxiliary contacts are built in: 1 NO + 1 NC, enough to seal in the coil and signal back to a PLC or status lamp without an add-on block. The contactor is size S0, mounts upright on a DIN rail or panel plate, and uses screw terminals — no special tooling needed for wiring.
