Mounting and Clearance
The 3RT2027-1AT60-0UA0: Mounts via screw or snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715. The mounting position allows +/-180° rotation on a vertical surface and can be tilted forward/backward by +/-22.5°. For heat dissipation, maintain 10 mm clearance upwards, downwards, and forwards, and 6 mm at the sides. The S0 footprint is 45 mm wide, 85 mm high, and 97 mm deep.
Switching Ratings and Mechanical Life
Rated operational current in AC-3 is 27 A at 480 V, 60 Hz. The contactor is also rated for AC-1 (resistive) at 1000 operating cycles per hour maximum, AC-2 and AC-3 at 750 ops/h, and AC-4 at 250 ops/h. Mechanical life is 10 million operations typical. Arcing time is 10 ms, with a range of 4 to 16 ms at AC.
Terminal Capacity and Auxiliary Contacts
Main terminals accept solid or stranded conductors from 1 to 10 mm². Auxiliary contact terminals accept 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) or 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded. The auxiliary switch is rated for 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48/60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, 3 A at 400 V, 0.6 A at 440 V, and 2 A at 500 V.
Environmental and Compliance
Operating temperature range is -25 to +60 °C; storage temperature is -55 to +80 °C. The contactor is designed for use in industrial control panels, typically switching motor loads such as pumps, conveyors, and fans.
