SIRIUS 3RT2028-1AR60 — what you need to know
The Siemens 3RT2028-1AR60 is a SIRIUS power contactor in size S0, designed for switching motor and resistive loads in control panels. It mounts via screw or snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715, with a +/-180° rotation possible on vertical surfaces and +/-22.5° tilt — useful when panel layout is tight. Coil is 24 VDC with screw-type terminals, rated for continuous duty. Main contacts accept solid or stranded wire from 1 to 10 mm², and the contactor includes an auxiliary switch (1 NO + 1 NC typically, though the exact configuration should be verified against the nameplate).
