Rated for a 24 V DC coil draw of 6 A at rated value, the contactor provides 1 NO + 1 NC main contacts (18...8 configuration) and is rated for mechanical endurance of 10 million operating cycles. Mounting flexibility is a strong point: it snaps onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715 or screws directly to a panel, and the mounting position allows +/-180° rotation on a vertical surface plus +/-22.5° tilt forward/backward.
Duty-Cycle Ratings and Switching Frequency
Switching frequency varies by duty class: up to 1,000 operations per hour in AC-1 (resistive loads), 750 ops/h in AC-2 and AC-3 (slip-ring and squirrel-cage motors), and 250 ops/h in AC-4 (plugging/inching duty). The AC-3e rating also allows 750 ops/h. Arcing time is 10 ms, and DC switching times (pickup/dropout) range from 15 to 18 ms. The coil pickup ratio is 0.8 of rated voltage; the dropout ratio is 1.1 of rated voltage.
Panel Integration and Clearance
At 45 mm wide, 102 mm tall, and 154 mm deep, the S0 frame fits standard DIN-rail spacing. No auxiliary switch is fitted on this variant — auxiliary contact blocks must be added separately if needed.
