SIRIUS Size S0 Contactor with 24 VDC Coil
It is rated for a 24 VDC coil with a ring cable lug connection, and it carries an auxiliary switch block integrated into the assembly. The contactor mounts via screw or snap-on onto a 35 mm standard mounting rail per DIN EN 60715, and the mounting position allows +/-180° rotation on a vertical surface with +/-22.5° tilt forward and backward. The DC coil operates at 24 V nominal with a rated value of 24 V and an initial value factor of 0.7, meaning the coil must see at least 16.8 V to pull in reliably. Timing is tight: the DC operate time is 30 to 50 ms, and arcing time is 10 ms. These numbers matter when coordinating with upstream protection devices or sequencing multiple contactors in a motor control center.
Because it is a current-production Siemens SIRIUS part, lead times are predictable through the authorized channel, and the ring cable lug coil connection is a standard variant that does not require special factory programming.
