The Siemens SIRIUS 3RT2035-1NB30-1AA0 is a Size S2 power contactor, screw-type coil terminals, rated for a 20–33 V coil pickup range. It mounts on 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715, standing orientation on a horizontal surface — standard panel integration for a SIRIUS S2 frame.
Dimensions and panel fit
The S2 frame measures 114 mm high, 55 mm wide, 130 mm deep. Clearance requirements: 10 mm upward, 10 mm forward, 10 mm downward, 6 mm at the side. That 55 mm width is the same footprint as other S2 contactors in the SIRIUS family — swaps into existing drillings without rework.
Switching performance and duty cycles
Rated for 1 200 operations per hour at AC-1 (resistive load), 1 000/h at AC-3 (standard motor starting), and 300/h at AC-4 (plugging/inching). Arcing time is 10–20 ms; opening/closing times are 30–55 ms on both AC and DC coils. The mechanical life is 10 million operations typical.
Coil and auxiliary contact ratings
Coil draws 2 VA at 50/60 Hz, inrush peak 3 A. The auxiliary switch is rated for switching: 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V or 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V. Main contacts are 18–1 configuration (3 normally open, 1 normally closed).
Wiring and termination
Coil terminals are screw-type, accepting 2x (0.5–1.5 mm²) or 2x (0.75–2.5 mm²) solid or stranded conductors. Fastening method is screw and snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail.
