It snaps onto a 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715 or screws directly to a mounting plate, with the mounting position flexible enough to rotate ±180° or tilt ±22.5° on a vertical surface. The main contact block is configured 18...1 — three normally-open power poles plus one normally-open auxiliary contact built in. An auxiliary switch is present, and the coil terminals are screw-type, accepting 2x (0.5...1.5 mm²) or 2x (0.75...2.5 mm²) solid or stranded wire.
Coil and switching performance
The coil is rated for a control supply voltage of 83...155 V, drawing 2 VA at both 50 Hz and 60 Hz. Inrush current peaks at 1.5 A. Switching rates vary by duty: 1 200 operations per hour at AC-1 (resistive), 750/h at AC-2, 1 000/h at AC-3 and AC-3e, and 300/h at AC-4 (plugging/inching). Mechanical life is typical 10 000 000 cycles.
Auxiliary contact ratings and environmental limits
The auxiliary contact is rated for switching: 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V and 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, and 0.3 A at 220 V — all at rated values.
The contactor measures 55 mm wide, 114 mm high, and 130 mm deep — size S2 footprint. The screw-type coil terminals and main contact terminals accept the wire gauges listed, and the auxiliary contact is pre-wired internally.
