Mounting and clearances
The 3RT2035-3AL20-ZX95: Snap-on or screw-fix to 35 mm DIN rail. Clearance requirements: 10 mm upwards, forwards, and downwards; 6 mm at the side. Mounting position allows +/-180° rotation on a vertical surface and +/-22.5° tilt forward/backward. Panel footprint: 55 mm wide, 114 mm high, 130 mm deep.
Switching ratings and duty cycles
Rated operational current at 480 V is 40 A. Mechanical life typical 10,000,000 operations. Maximum switching rates: 1,200 ops/h at AC-1, 1,000 ops/h at AC-3 and AC-3e, 750 ops/h at AC-2, 300 ops/h at AC-4. Arcing time 10–20 ms; operate time at AC 10–18 ms.
Coil and auxiliary contacts
Coil rated 230 V at 50 Hz, draws 0.36 A at 50 Hz and 0.39 A at 60 Hz. Includes an auxiliary switch. Main contact configuration: 18 normally open and 1 normally closed.
