The 3RT2036-1AD04 is a Siemens SIRIUS power contactor, size S2, designed for switching motor loads in control panels. It mounts via screw or snap-on onto standard 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715, so it drops into any panel that follows that rail profile. Rated for 52 A at 480 V in AC-3 duty — that's the motor-switching current that governs real-world fit for pumps, fans, and compressors up to that load. The contactor handles 1 000 operations per hour in AC-1 resistive duty, 800 per hour in AC-3, and 250 per hour in AC-4 (plugging/inching).
Mounting and clearances
