Mounting and clearances — panel builder's checklist
That 130 mm depth means it'll reach past the backplane in a standard 200 mm enclosure; the 114 mm height leaves room for a second tier of terminals above it.
Thermal environment — operating and storage
If the panel ambient pushes past 60 °C, you'll need to derate or move to a forced-air layout.
Switching rates and mechanical life
Switching rates vary by duty: AC-1 (resistive) maxes at 1,000 cycles/hour, AC-3 (motor start/run) at 800 cycles/hour, AC-4 (plugging/inching) drops to 250 cycles/hour. The arcing time runs 10 to 20 ms, with an AC operating time of 10 to 18 ms. If your application cycles faster than these rates, the coil or contacts will thermally limit before the mechanical life is reached.
