What it is and where it lands
The Siemens SIRIUS 3RT2036-3NB30-0CC0 is a Size S2 power contactor with spring-type terminals on the magnet coil, built for screw and snap-on mounting onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715. It carries a 20-33 V coil and a 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary switch block. The contactor is rated for AC-3 switching at up to 800 operations per hour and AC-4 at 250 ops/hr, with a mechanical life of 10 million cycles typical. Operating temperature range is -25 to +60 °C, storage -55 to +80 °C.
Panel fit and integration
Dimensions are 114 mm high, 55 mm wide, 130 mm deep. Clearance requirements: 10 mm upward, downward, and forward; 6 mm at the sides. The mounting position allows ±180° rotation on a vertical surface and ±22.5° tilt forward/backward. Spring-type terminals accept 2x 0.5-2.5 mm² solid or stranded conductors. Coil inrush peaks at 3 A; steady-state draw is 2 VA at both 50 and 60 Hz. Arcing time runs 10-20 ms, opening time 30-55 ms for both AC and DC.
