The Siemens 3RT2036-3NF30 is a SIRIUS power contactor in Size S2, designed for switching motor loads in industrial control panels. It carries a rated coil voltage range of 83 to 155 V AC/DC, making it a common fit for 110–120 V control circuits found across European and North American installations. The spring-type terminals (cage clamp) accept 2x (0.5 to 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded wire, so no re-termination is needed when replacing an older screw-terminal contactor on a DIN-rail panel. Mounting is screw or snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715, with +/-180° rotation possible on a vertical surface and +/-22.5° tilt forward/backward — useful when the contactor sits in a tight gland-plate zone.
