The Siemens 3RT2037-1AL24 is a SIRIUS power contactor in the S2 frame size, rated for 65 A at 480 V in AC-3 duty — the motor-switching current that governs real load sizing. The 230 V 50 Hz coil pulls in reliably across the operating range of -25 to +60 °C.
Mounting and integration
Mounts via screw fixing or snaps onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715. The mounting position allows +/-180° rotation on a vertical surface plus +/-22.5° tilt forward or backward — useful when fitting into tight panel layouts. Clearance: 10 mm upwards, 10 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, 6 mm at the side.
Coil and auxiliary ratings
Coil terminals are screw-type, accepting 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) or 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded wire. The main contact configuration is 3 normally open poles (3RT series standard). No factory-fitted auxiliary switch block — add one from the SIRIUS range if needed.
