SIRIUS 3RT2045-1AG60 — S3 Power Contactor, Screw Terminals
It fastens via screw and snap-on mounting onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715, with a mounting position that allows +/-180° rotation on a vertical surface and +/-22.5° forward/backward tilt on vertical mounting surfaces. For AC-4 (plugging/reversing) the rate drops to 300 cycles/h, reflecting the higher electrical stress on the contacts during inching or reversing. The magnet coil uses screw-type terminals, and the main circuit accepts solid conductors from 2.5 to 16 mm² or stranded from 6 to 70 mm² — covering most panel wiring sizes up to a 70 mm² lug. Auxiliary contacts are included on the contactor, with switching capacity rated at 10 A at 24 V and derating to 0.3 A at 220 V.

Switching Rates by Duty Class
Maximum operating cycles per hour vary by utilization category: AC-1 (resistive) 900/h, AC-2 (slip-ring motor) 400/h, AC-3 (squirrel-cage motor starting) 1 000/h, AC-3e (enhanced AC-3) 1 000/h, AC-4 (plugging/reversing) 300/h.
