The Siemens 3RT2046-1NB30-0CC0 is a SIRIUS S3-frame power contactor with a screw-type coil terminal block and an integrated auxiliary switch. It is designed for motor switching and general load management in industrial control panels, mounting via screw or snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715. The coil is rated 20-33 V, with a 6.5 A inrush peak and 3.5 VA holding at both 50 and 60 Hz. Switching capacity at 24 V is 10 A, dropping to 2 A at 48 V and 60 V, and 1 A at 110 V — these figures govern auxiliary or control-circuit use, not the main power path. Mechanical life is 10 million operations typical. Switching frequency varies by duty: 900 cycles/hour at AC-1 (resistive), 850 at AC-3 and AC-3e (motor starting), 350 at AC-2 (slip-ring motors), and 250 at AC-4 (plugging/inching). Panel integration and wiring

Mounting position allows ±180° rotation on a vertical surface and ±22.5° forward/backward tilt — useful when panel layout forces an unconventional orientation. Main power terminals accept solid conductors 2.5-16 mm² or stranded 6-70 mm². Auxiliary/control terminals accept 2× (0.5-1.5 mm²) or 2× (0.75-2.5 mm²) solid or stranded. The screw-type coil terminal is clearly marked; verify torque values per the mounting instructions before energizing.
