Wiring note for the S3 frame
Mechanical life is 10 million cycles typical – that's a decade or more of daily cycling on an automated conveyor or pump. Out here in the grease, I've seen contactors choke on a line that cycles every 30 seconds; this one's built for that rhythm. Depth is 152 mm, so check your cabinet clearance before you start wiring. Wire terminations handle solid from 2.5 to 16 mm² or stranded up to 70 mm², meaning you can land a fat motor cable without an adapter.
Keep these minimum clearances for arc and heat: 10 mm up, 20 mm forward, 10 mm to each side, 10 mm down. Arcing time runs 10 to 20 ms, so those gaps matter for preventing flashover to adjacent gear.
