The 3RT2047-1AK60-1AA0: Mounts via screw and snap-on onto 35 mm standard rail per DIN EN 60715, in a standing position on a horizontal mounting surface. The screw-type terminals on the magnet coil and main contacts accept solid conductors from 2.5 to 16 mm² and stranded from 6 to 70 mm² — that covers most motor-circuit wire sizes you'd encounter on a 3RT2047-class contactor in a panel. Auxiliary switch is included on the unit, so no separate add-on block needed for basic feedback.
Clearance distances: 10 mm upwards, 20 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, 10 mm at the side. Operating temperature range is -25 to +60 °C; storage range is -55 to +80 °C. Switching frequency varies by duty: AC-1 maximum 900 cycles per hour, AC-3 maximum 850, AC-4 maximum 200. The AC-3 figure (850 1/h) is the one that matters for standard motor starting — it tells you the contactor can handle frequent start/stop cycles on a conveyor or pump without overheating the coil or welding the contacts.
