Physical fit and panel clearances
The 3RT2325-2AB00: The SIRIUS S0 frame measures 60 mm wide by 102 mm tall by 97 mm deep — the depth is the dimension that determines rail standoff and enclosure depth selection. These are the minimum air gaps for arc flash and heat dissipation — crowding closer than these figures risks nuisance tripping or accelerated contact wear.
Coil termination and auxiliary contact capacity
The spring clamp holds the conductor without retightening — relevant for high-vibration environments like conveyor drives. Coil voltage is 24 VAC at 50 Hz — this is the standard control voltage for many European panel designs. The 0.25 A holding current at 50 Hz means the control transformer sizing should account for inrush, not just sealed VA. One instantaneous normally-open auxiliary contact is built in. Its switching capacity varies by voltage: 10 A at 24 VAC, 10 A at 230 VAC, 3 A at 400 VAC, 1 A at 690 VAC. At 24 VDC it handles 10 A; at 125 VDC it drops to 0.9 A. This derating curve is typical for DC switching where arc extinction is harder.
The 60 °C ceiling is typical for contactors in ventilated enclosures; above that, derating applies per the SIRIUS application manual. Electrical life depends on the switching current and duty class.
