Size S0 DC Contactor for Panel Integration
This contactor is rated for DC switching across a range of voltages, and the current rating drops as voltage rises — that's the nature of DC arc interruption. At 24 V rated value it switches 10 A, at 48 V it handles 2 A, at 60 V it's rated 6 A, at 110 V it drops to 1 A, at 125 V it's 0.9 A, at 220 V it's 0.3 A, at 230 V it's 10 A, at 400 V it's 3 A, at 500 V it's 2 A, at 600 V it's 0.1 A, and at 690 V it's 1 A. For a sourcing decision: if your load is a 24 VDC solenoid or brake drawing under 10 A, this contactor is a clean fit. For higher DC voltages, check the specific rating — the 600 V rating of 0.1 A is essentially a signal-level switching capability, not a power contact.
Wiring and Terminal Details
The main contacts accept solid conductors of 2x (0.5 to 2.5 mm²) or stranded conductors of 1 to 10 mm². The auxiliary switch is present, and the contactor includes 2 attachable auxiliary contact blocks. The spring-type terminals on the coil eliminate the need for screwdriver torque checks — just strip, insert, and pull to verify retention. This is a time-saver on repetitive panel wiring.
This flexibility helps when fitting into tight or non-standard enclosure layouts.
