The contactor's switching current varies significantly with the load voltage and type. At 24 V DC it handles 10 A, at 48 V it drops to 2 A, and at 125 V it handles 0.9 A. For AC loads at 230 V it switches 10 A, at 400 V it handles 3 A, and at 690 V it manages 1 A. These ratings reflect the contactor's ability to interrupt the load arc at different voltages — pick the rating that matches your actual operating voltage, not the coil voltage. The auxiliary switch is included, with its own current ratings across the same voltage range.
For main contacts, accept stranded wire from 1 to 10 mm²; auxiliary contacts accept solid or stranded wire in two sizes: 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) or 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²). Keep the side clearance at 6 mm and vertical clearance at 10 mm for proper heat dissipation and arc quenching.
