Panel fit and DIN rail mounting

The 3RT2448-1AB00: Side-by-side mounting is permitted, with 10 mm clearance required upwards, downwards, and at the sides; 20 mm forward clearance for arcing.

Power termination and auxiliary wiring

Main power terminals accept stranded wire from 6 mm² up to 70 mm² — covers most motor feeder sizes in the S3 current class. One instantaneous auxiliary contact is built in; up to two attachable auxiliary switch blocks can be added for expanded signaling.

Environmental and operational limits

Arcing time is 10…20 ms at AC; the contactor is rated for 10 million typical mechanical operations.
