The 3RT2517-1AH00 is a Size S00 SIRIUS contactor — the smallest frame in the series, at 45 mm wide, 57.5 mm tall, and 73 mm deep. Side-by-side mounting is allowed with a 6 mm gap to adjacent devices, and zero clearance needed above, below, or behind.
Switching ratings and coil termination
The magnet coil uses screw-type terminals — field-serviceable, no special tooling. The contactor carries 10 A at 24 V rated value and 10 A at 230 V rated value, with an arcing time of 10 to 15 ms. At DC, the maximum operating frequency is 10,000 1/h; at AC-1 maximum it is 1,000 1/h. Solid and stranded wire capacities are 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²), and 2x 4 mm² — enough for most control-circuit terminations in a standard panel.
