The contactor carries a 24 V DC rated switching current of 10 A, dropping to 2 A at 48 V and 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, and 0.3 A at 220 V. At 230 V DC it returns to 10 A, then 3 A at 400 V, 0.8 A at 440 V, and 0.1 A at 600 V. These are the DC-1 resistive load ratings — for inductive DC loads (DC-3/DC-5) you typically derate by 50-70%, so the 24 V 10 A figure is for heaters or lamps, not solenoids or DC motors. The mechanical service life is rated at 30,000,000 operations typical, and the maximum switching frequency at AC-1 duty is 1,000 operations per hour. At DC the maximum switching frequency is 10,000 operations per hour.
Wiring and conductor sizing
The screw-type terminals accept solid or stranded conductors: 2x 0.5 to 1.5 mm², 2x 0.75 to 2.5 mm², or 2x 4 mm². This covers most control-circuit wiring (1.5 mm² for coil leads) and main power wiring up to 4 mm² for the load circuit.
