The Siemens 3RT2526-1AF00 is a SIRIUS-branded contactor in the Size S0 frame, designed for screw and snap-on mounting onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 50022. It carries a 24 V 50 Hz coil and is rated 10 A at 230 V for AC-1 resistive loads, with a maximum switching frequency of 1 000 1/h under AC-1 duty.
What the ratings mean for fit
The AC-1 rating (10 A at 230 V) governs resistive loads like heaters or lighting; for motor (AC-3) duty, expect a lower figure — the 3RT2526-1AF00 is sized for smaller motor circuits within the S0 frame. The 24 V 50 Hz coil draws 0.25 A at 50 Hz, so a 24 V control transformer must supply that inrush. Auxiliary contacts are built in, saving a separate add-on block for basic feedback.
