DIN rail fit and panel clearances
The 3RT2526-2NF30-ZX95 is a size S0 contactor, 61 mm wide, 102 mm tall, 107 mm deep — that depth includes the coil terminals, so budget the full 107 mm behind the panel door. Side clearance to adjacent devices is 6 mm; zero clearance needed above, below, forward, or backward, which simplifies rail packing in a crowded enclosure.
Coil pick-up and control circuit draw
Rated control supply voltage is 95-130 V AC, 50/60 Hz. The coil termination uses spring-type terminals (rated for 2x 0.5-2.5 mm² solid or stranded). That spring clamp saves wire prep time compared to screw terminals — just strip and push in.
Switching speed and mechanical endurance
Armature pick-up and drop-out times are 30-50 ms for both AC and DC operation; arcing time is a tight 10 ms. That means the contactor makes and breaks cleanly within a half-cycle at 50 Hz, which matters for inrush-sensitive loads. Mechanical life is rated 10 million operations typical — that's the contactor body, not the contacts under load. In AC-1 duty (resistive loads) it can cycle up to 1,000 operations per hour.
Environmental limits and mounting flexibility
The power factor at rated load is 0.79 at 50 Hz and 0.74 at 60 Hz — typical for a contactor coil.
