It mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715 with a screw and snap-on fastening, and the mounting position allows +/-180° rotation on a vertical surface plus +/-22.5° tilt forward or backward — useful when you're squeezing it into a crowded enclosure. The coil uses screw-type terminals, and an auxiliary switch is included on the unit.
At 24 V rated value it carries 10 A; at 230 V rated value it switches 6 A; at 400 V rated value it handles 3 A; and at 690 V rated value it's rated for 1 A. These are the AC switching currents for the main contacts — the 24 V figure matters most for low-voltage control circuits, while the 230 V and 400 V ratings cover standard European line voltages. The contactor's mechanical life is rated at 10,000,000 operations typical, and the maximum switching frequency at AC-1 is 900 cycles per hour.
Wiring and panel integration
Solid wire connections accept 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) and 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²). Stranded wire connections accept 2x (6 to 16 mm²), 2x (10 to 50 mm²), and 1x (10 to 70 mm²) — the larger sizes cover the main power circuit. Side-by-side mounting is allowed, with clearances: 10 mm upwards, 10 mm downwards, 10 mm at the side, 0 mm forwards, 0 mm backwards. Dimensions are 140 mm height, 70 mm width, 152 mm depth.
