The screw-type terminals on both main and auxiliary circuits accept 2x (0.75 to 16 mm²) solid or stranded wire, or 2x (18 to 2 AWG). For the main circuit, the minimum permissible conductor size is 16 mm² at 40 °C and 10 mm² at 60 °C — keep that in mind when derating for a warm enclosure.
Rated operational currents vary by duty. AC-4 (plugging/inching) drops to 250 cycles per hour. DC switching is rated at 1,500 cycles per hour. The mechanical life is typical at 10 million operations — that's the contactor body itself, not the contacts under load. For short-circuit protection, the manufacturer specifies a gL/gG fuse rated at 63 A with type of assignment 2 coordination. The auxiliary switch extension is supported, so you can add front-mounted blocks for feedback or status signals.
