The contactor is rated for 22 kW at 230 V and 38 kW at 400 V (at 60 °C), which covers common three-phase motor sizes in European and North American installations. The AC-3e maximum switching frequency is 1 000 operations per hour — adequate for most conveyor and pump cycling, but not for high-speed indexing.
Side-by-side mounting is supported, so multiple contactors can be ganged without derating — useful for multi-motor groups. Screw-type terminals on both main and auxiliary circuits accept 2x (0.75…16 mm²) solid or stranded copper, or 2x (18…2 AWG).
