The Siemens SIRIUS 3RT5036-1AR60 is a Size S2 power contactor rated for 38 kW at 400 V in AC-3 duty (motor switching) and 11.4 kW at 690 V. Its insulation voltage is 690 V, and the operating temperature range is -25 to +60 °C, with storage from -55 to +80 °C. The contactor mounts via screw or snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per EN 50022, and the mounting position allows ±180° rotation on a vertical surface plus ±22.5° tilt forward/backward. The main circuit uses screw-type terminals accepting 2x (0.75 to 16 mm²) solid or stranded wire (AWG 18 to 2).
