The Siemens 3RT5076-6NF36 is a SIRIUS S12 power contactor, frame size S12, rated for motor loads up to 148 kW at 690 V (AC-3e duty) and 362 kW at 400 V at 60 °C. The contactor is designed for a rated insulation voltage of 1,000 V and a maximum AC-3e operating voltage of 1,000 V.
Compared to the 3RT5076-6AP36 (which uses an AC coil with a different control voltage range), the 3RT5076-6NF36 is wound for a 110–127 V AC coil at 50/60 Hz. The physical footprint — 214 mm high, 160 mm wide, 225 mm deep — is identical across the S12 frame, so a panel laid out for the 6AP36 will accept the 6NF36 without drilling or rail changes. The auxiliary contact ratings also match: 6 A at 24 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, 6 A at 230 V, and 3 A at 400 V.
Mounting is by screw fixing to a vertical surface; the contactor can be rotated ±90° or tilted ±22.5° forward/backward from vertical. Side-by-side mounting is permitted without derating for the specified switching frequencies (2,000 cycles/hour for AC and DC, up to 500/h for AC-1, 420/h for AC-3/AC-3e, and 130/h for AC-4). Minimum conductor cross-section is 370 mm² at both 40 °C and 60 °C.
