Stripping and torquing follow standard panel-builder practice — no special tooling needed.
The switching frequency hits 10,000 cycles per hour for AC general use, dropping to 750/h under AC-3 and 250/h under AC-4. That means it handles high-speed cycling on conveyors or pump start-stop, but heavy inching or plugging duty will need a larger frame or a dedicated reversing pair. Motor power ratings at 60 °C ambient: 7.5 kW at 230 V, 13 kW at 400 V, 22 kW at 690 V. These are the numbers to use for panel thermal design — the contactor is already derated for the warmer environment inside an enclosure.
