Screw terminals on the main current circuit accept 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²), or 2x 4 mm² solid or stranded copper. The minimum permissible cross-section at 40 °C is 4 mm², at 60 °C it's 2.5 mm² — so if your panel runs hot, you can drop a wire gauge and still stay within rating. Dimensions are 45 mm wide, 73 mm deep, 57.5 mm high — the S00 footprint. That 73 mm depth includes the coil terminals; leave clearance for wiring and a screwdriver. The 45 mm width matches a standard 45 mm DIN-rail module pitch, so it fills one slot in a typical motor starter row.
The contactor is rated for 10,000 switching cycles per hour at AC, with a maximum of 1,000/h in AC-1 duty, 750/h in AC-3, and 250/h in AC-4. For high-cycle applications like a rapid-indexing conveyor, stay within the AC-3 maximum of 750/h to keep the contacts happy.
