The Siemens 3RT6926-2PA01 is a pneumatic time-relay block that clips onto the front of a 3RT6 motor contactor in size S0. It provides an on-delay function adjustable from 0.1 to 30 seconds via a front dial, with one normally-open and one normally-closed auxiliary contact.
Current ratings across control voltages
The auxiliary contacts are rated for switching at multiple voltage levels: 4 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V, 0.7 A at 110 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, 6 A at 230 V, 4 A at 400 V, 0.15 A at 440 V, 2.5 A at 500 V, and 1.5 A at 690 V. The AC-12 maximum rating is 10 A, which covers resistive loads at the lower end of the voltage range. When sizing for a specific control circuit, match the voltage column — the 0.15 A at 440 V is the weakest point and governs for 400–480 V systems.
Wiring and protection
Terminals accept solid or stranded conductors: 2x (0.5...1.5 mm²) and 2x (0.75...2.5 mm²), with the same ranges for ferruled ends. AWG equivalents are 2x (18...14) and 2x (20...16). The screw-type connection is standard for panel wiring. Short-circuit protection requires a gG 10 A fuse rated for 1 kA fault current per IEC 60947-5-1 — a C-curve MCB at 6 A up to 230 V is also acceptable for the auxiliary circuit.
