The AC-3 maximum operating voltage of 690 V means this contactor handles 400 V motor circuits with headroom to spare — common in European 400 V line supplies. The AC-1 resistive load ratings are 6 A at 230 V, 3 A at 400 V, and 1 A at 690 V; these govern heating loads or transformer switching, not motor starts. Coil consumption is low — 0.8 W closing, 0.27 W holding — which keeps heat rise minimal inside a crowded enclosure. Surge voltage resistance is 6 kV, and the insulation voltage is rated 690 V.
The size S00 footprint is compact: 45 mm wide, 57.5 mm tall, 72 mm deep. Wire termination accepts 2x (0.5…1.5 mm²) solid or stranded, or 2x (0.75…2.5 mm²) with ferruled ends. The front and terminal areas carry IP20 protection — finger-safe but not washdown-rated; keep it inside a locked enclosure. An auxiliary switch block can be added on the front (product extension auxiliary switch is supported), and the contactor is rated for up to 750 switching cycles per hour under AC-3, or 250 under AC-4 (plugging/inching duty).
