The Siemens 3RU1116-1FB0 is a Size S00 thermal overload relay from the SIRIUS family, designed to protect three-phase motor circuits against overload and phase failure. The relay mounts directly to the matching SIRIUS contactor, saving DIN-rail space and reducing wiring in the panel.

The relay mounts directly onto the SIRIUS contactor via the fastening method specified as contactor mounting — no separate DIN-rail clip needed for the relay itself, though the contactor may be DIN-rail or screw-panel mounted. The mounting position allows a vertical mounting surface with +/-135° rotation and +/-45° tilt to the front and back, giving flexibility in panel layout. The overall dimensions are 87 mm height, 45 mm width, and 78 mm depth.
