SIRIUS 3RU1116-1GB0-ZW95 — Thermal Overload Relay, Class 10, Size S00
Trip Class 10 means it will trip within 10 seconds at 7.2× the set current — standard protection for standard-duty induction motors (pumps, fans, conveyors) where a faster Class 10A or slower Class 20 is not required. The S00 frame mates directly to Siemens 3RT2 contactors of the same size.
Integration — DIN Rail or Contactor Mount, Screw Terminals
Fastens directly onto a SIRIUS 3RT2 contactor of Size S00 (contactor mounting) or snaps onto DIN rail. Dimensions: 45 mm width, 87 mm height, 78 mm depth. The 78 mm depth is the relay body only — allow additional clearance for wiring and finger access. Screw-type terminals on the main circuit accept 2×(0.5…1.5 mm²) solid or 2×(0.75…2.5 mm²) solid, plus AWG equivalents 2×(20…16) and 2×(18…14). Auxiliary/control terminals share the same screw-clamp design. Shock resistance 8g / 10 ms. Relative humidity during operation up to 100%. Suitable for ATEX Zone 2/22 environment per DMT 98 ATEX G 001 protection type.
