The relay carries ATEX approval (DMT 98 ATEX G 001), allowing it to be used in potentially explosive atmospheres when paired with an appropriately rated contactor and enclosure.
Mounts stand-alone with a vertical mounting surface, rotatable ±135° and tiltable ±45° front-to-back, giving flexibility for tight cabinet layouts. Dimensions: 45 mm wide, 87 mm high, 78 mm deep — fits the standard S00 footprint for panel layouts.
Main and auxiliary/control circuits use screw-type terminals. Main contacts accept 1x 20-16 AWG, 1x 18-14 AWG, or 1x 12 AWG; auxiliary contacts accept 2x 20-16 AWG or 2x 18-14 AWG. Solid and finely stranded with core-end processing: 2x (0.5... 1.5 mm²) and 2x (0.75... 2.5 mm²) for both main and auxiliary circuits.
Ratings and environmental limits
Auxiliary contact ratings: 1 A at 24 V, 3 A at 120 V, 2 A at 230 V, 1 A at 400 V; control circuit draws 0.22 A at 110/125 V and 0.11 A at 220 V. Power dissipation per pole is 2.2 W — account for 6.6 W total in the enclosure thermal budget. Operating temperature range -20 to +70 °C; storage and transport -55 to +80 °C. Front protection class IP20; shock resistance 8g for 10 ms. Surge voltage resistance rated at 6 kV, and it operates in up to 100% relative humidity — suitable for washdown or high-moisture environments when properly enclosed.
