The Siemens 3RU1126-1JB0-ZX95 is a SIRIUS S0-size thermal overload relay for 3-pole motor circuits. It mounts directly onto a contactor — no separate DIN-rail space needed — and uses screw-type terminals for both main and auxiliary circuits. Trip Class 10 means it protects standard induction motors during start-up without nuisance tripping on normal acceleration.
Mounts directly on the contactor via the fastening method — no DIN-rail bracket required. The mounting position allows ±135° rotation on a vertical surface and ±45° tilt front-to-back, so it fits tight panels where the contactor is already oriented for cable entry. Clearance: 0 mm upwards, forwards, and backwards; 6 mm at the side; 0 mm downwards. That zero-clearance top and bottom means you can stack contactor-relay assemblies without spacing.
Terminal capacity: main circuit accepts 2x (0.5…1.5 mm²) solid or 2x (0.75…2.5 mm²) solid; auxiliary circuit same. AWG equivalents: main 2x (16…12) and 2x (14…8); auxiliary 2x (20…16) and 2x (18…14). Finely stranded with core-end processing follows the same cross-section ranges. IP20 on the front protects against finger contact inside the panel. ATEX certification (DMT 98 ATEX G 001) allows installation in potentially explosive gas atmospheres — relevant for chemical, oil & gas, or grain-handling lines. Shock rated 8g / 10 ms. Humidity tolerance 100% during operation.
Power dissipation per pole: 2.2 W. Auxiliary contact ratings: 1 A at 24 V, 0.22 A at 110 V, 3 A at 120 V, 0.22 A at 125 V, 0.11 A at 220 V, 2 A at 230 V, 1 A at 400 V. Surge voltage resistance rated 6 kV. Storage and transport temperature range -55 to +80 °C; operating range -20 to +70 °C. Reference code per IEC 81346-2: F. RoHS compliance date 07/01/2006.
