The relay mounts directly onto SIRIUS contactors (contactor mounting), so it shares the same DIN-rail footprint and bus-bar system as the contactor below it.
The ATEX certification (DMT 98 ATEX G 001) allows installation in Zone 1 or Zone 2 gas atmospheres, so this relay can protect motors in hazardous areas without an additional barrier. Surge voltage resistance rated at 6 kV gives it adequate immunity for industrial control panels without extra suppression.
Size S0 is the compact frame — 45 mm wide, 97 mm high, 96 mm deep. It clips onto the contactor body (no DIN-rail adapter needed for the relay itself). Side clearance of 6 mm to adjacent devices is sufficient for airflow and wiring access.
Main circuit accepts 2× (0.5…1.5 mm²) solid or 2× (0.75…2.5 mm²) solid — the larger gauge handles full-load currents typical of S0-sized relays. Auxiliary contacts use 2× (20…16 AWG) or 2× (18…14 AWG). The auxiliary contact ratings are: 1 A at 24 V, 3 A at 120 V, 2 A at 230 V, 1 A at 400 V — enough for PLC inputs or contactor coils in the same panel.
